Delivery, returns & FAQ

The flowers are made by hand from pipe cleaners. Each petal and stem is twisted and shaped individually, so nothing here is a fresh or dried flower and nothing is mass-produced. The gift boxes and baskets are a different thing: we source the box, then pack and finish it by hand with whatever you have chosen.

Indefinitely. There is no water to change and no petals to drop. Keep your piece out of long stretches of direct sunlight so the colours stay bright, and it will look the same in years as it does on day one.

Every piece is made by hand to order, most are ready in 2-4 days. We confirm the timeline with you when we call about your order.

Lahore only, for now. If you are outside Lahore, send us a DM on Instagram. We may still be able to work something out, but we cannot promise it through the website yet.

We do not charge a delivery fee, and it is not added to your total. Delivery is booked through InDrive or a similar delivery service. The fare is paid directly to the rider when your order arrives, so it is not included in the total below. That means you pay the actual fare for your address rather than a flat rate we have guessed at.

Payment is required in advance because every piece is completely handmade to order. Once you place an order we will message you on the number you gave at checkout, or on Instagram, with bank transfer details to confirm payment before we start making it.

Very close, but not pixel-identical. Each piece is shaped by hand, so the colours, size and style will match what you ordered while the fine shaping varies slightly. That variation is what makes it handmade rather than moulded.

Yes, and it is the main reason people order from us. Because we build every piece from scratch we are not limited by what is in season. Start a custom commission and tell us the palette, size and occasion.

Whatever you want in it. Chocolates, snacks, a soft toy, a body mist, skincare, a handwritten card, or a mix of all of them. The boxes on the shop page are ready-made combinations we put together, but any of them can be adjusted and we can build one from nothing around a budget you set.

Yes. Tell us who it is for, roughly what they like and what you want to spend, and we will suggest a combination and confirm it with you before we pack anything. Nothing is sealed until you are happy with the list.

That is our most popular order. A handmade bouquet next to a packed box covers both the keepsake and the treat, and we deliver them together as one gift.

Yes. Put the recipient's address at checkout and write your card message in the gift note field. We hand-write it onto a card and attach it, and there is no price anywhere on the delivery.

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will remake and re-deliver it, or refund you. That is the whole policy.

Yes, as long as we have not started making it. Message us on Instagram as soon as you can. Once a piece has been made to your specification we cannot resell it, so changes after that point are not always possible.

We do, and handmade works especially well for them, because pieces can be made weeks in advance and kept afterwards. Start a custom commission and mention the date and scale. Larger events are quoted separately.
